Things to know about Pedal Cruise Connecticut!

Had a change of plans and need to change your Pedal Cruise reservation? Here is what you need to know!

Tickets purchased with the Refundable Upgrade or Option can be:
- Rescheduled, converted to store credit or refunded up to 7 days before the event.
- Within 4-7 days of the event, this ticket can be rescheduled or converted to store credit, but is not refundable.
- Within 72 hours of the event, this ticket is non-transferable (cannot be rescheduled) and non-refundable.

Base Fare Tickets can be:
- rescheduled or converted to store credit up to 7 days before the event.
- Within 7 days of the event, this ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Base Fare tickets are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

Pedal Cruise reserves the right to cancel, delay or cut short any tours as needed due to weather, mechanical issues or other possible events, at any time.

Things to know about Pedal Cruise Connecticut!

We offer different ticket options to best suit your needs!
Besides different cruise types (public or private), we also offer two different types of tickets - base fare or refundable.

BASE FARE TICKETS: Base Fare Tickets have a strict cancellation policy. NO REFUNDS will be offered. You can reschedule or convert to store credit up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days of the event, this ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable. If Pedal Cruise cancels the event at any time, this ticket can be rescheduled or converted to store credit. Any gratuity added to the booking will be refunded and will not be included in the store credit.

REFUNDABLE UPGRADE/OPTION: Tickets purchased with the Refundable Upgrade or Option have a generous cancellation policy offering rescheduling, store credit or refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 4-7 days of the event, this ticket can be rescheduled or converted to store credit, but is nonrefundable. Within 72 hours of the event, this ticket is nontransferable and nonrefundable. If Pedal Cruise cancels the event at any time, this ticket can be rescheduled, converted to store credit, or refunded. Similar to trip insurance, the Refundable Upgrade/Option amount (equaling about 10% of the cost of the Base Fare) is not refundable and is not returned.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & STORE CREDIT: This value is nonrefundable and follows the same policy as the Base Fare.

Connecticut’s only pedal powered party boat is hiring! We are looking for seasonal (May into October), part-time Captains for our Stamford, CT location. Captains must have a minimum 25 Ton Master Captain license. Candidates should be friendly and willing to be a hospitable host to all passengers. Shifts are typically weekday evenings and weekends. Some weekday opportunities may arise, as well as shifts in Milford, CT. Cruises are 90 minutes long with usually 10-26 passengers and one other crew member.
