Entry requirements reminder!

New systems for entry in most of Europe
*EES (Electronic Entry System) - effective November 1, 2024:
All non-Schengen visitors will be fingerprinted and photographed at immigration: no more passport stamps.

*ETIAS- European Travel Information and Authorization System.
Much delayed, but expected to go live in April /May 2025.
This will be a €7 charge, require pre-registration, and is good for 3 years

And for those entering the UK
*ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization)
This is already in effect for several countries, but will go online for US, Canadian and Mexican nationals in January 2025. It requires pre-registration, carries a £10 fee and is good for 2 years
