Universal Epic Universe opens May 22, 2025 at Universal Orlando Resort. Select multi-day tickets and packages will go on sale October 22. Bookings for Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel, will also be made available.

What's your go-to thrill ride at Walt Disney World? Mine's Guardians of the Galaxy, but I'm also obsessed with Orange Mission Space's Mars Mission - it's not for the faint of heart, and that's exactly why I love it! Disney's got something for every adrenaline ju**ie and those not so adventerous.

As four days has passed, we have had time to reflect on the wild 12-day adventure that we had Walt Disney World. I can honestly say the trip went relatively smooth even with one park day consisting of 18 people at Magic Kingdom. We tried five new sit-down restaurants more posts about that coming later. The longest wait that Elise and I had over our 8 park days was 44 min. We also only had three wait times over 30 minutes. Lightning Lane Multi Pass was a life saver. We got to do Disney our way despite the fact that we had a large group some of the days. We will forever be grateful for those that dedicated their time and money to come. Oh yeah did I mention we renewed our vows? Special shout out to Eternally Yours Wedding Chapel. In celebration we decided to purchase 2 sessions of Capture the Moments at Magic Kingdom. Here are some photos from our sessions.

Taste bud party at Stop 3 Food and Wine! Brew Wing Lab's got the magic happening with Parm Garlic wings and Dill Fried Pickles, and don't even get me started on the amazing raspberry pomegranate frozen tea. Flavor town, here I come!

Stop 2 Food and Wine Festival at the Refreshment Port near Canada
-French Fries with Braised Beef, Boursin fine herbs cheese sauce, cheese curds and Gherkin Relish. Wow was it good.

Day 1 Hollywood Studios

Our day began with a seamless 7AM check-in at Coronado Springs, followed by a satisfying breakfast at El Mercado de Coronado. We arrived at Hollywood Studios via bus at 8:15 and efficiently navigated the park, riding all major attractions except Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, which we bypassed due to inclement weather. Our wait times were remarkably brief, with only one exceeding 27 minutes and three others surpassing 20 minutes. We savored a delicious lunch at 50's Prime Time Cafe and returned to the resort by 5:30 for a leisurely dinner at Mercado.
