First built in 1820 in the Federal style, the Flemister- Roberts- Littleton- Hobbs House was added upon in 1880 to reflect the then-popular Victorian style. The doors and mantels are made of Cyprus, milled in Savannah. Original to the property is a detached kitchen made of bricks that were handmade on site. After the 1880 renovation, the interior fireplaces were transitioned to coal and the porch was changed. The current porch reflects the original style of the home circa 1820.
