The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) made upgrades to its Water Meter Interface Units (MIU’s) in 2012. This change resulted in its over 300,000 captive residents receiving grossly inaccurate and at times outrageously high bills. In response to PWSA’s lack of action to remedy their flawed systems, The Community Campaign to Reform PWSA has filed a class action lawsuit against the organiza

FYI - We just wanted to pass, we received from other PWSA customers.

Please be aware that PWSA's automatic bill pay did not pull from everyone's account. You will want to make sure that your PWSA was withdrawnto ensure that water will not be shut off.
