Dr. Jon Paul Jacquet is caretaker to a piece of Millville history. He has owned and operated Jacquet Family Dental since 2010. He took over from Dr. Reiff, who ran it for decades. Another dentist ran it prior. “I see crowns that are over 50 years old,” Dr. Jacquet says.
He was born and raised in Millville. “Dr Reiff was my childhood dentist and an inspiration to me. Now he’s one of my patients,” he says.
Dr. Jacquet studied at University of Southern California in Los Angeles. “We had great teachers, mentors and technology. I was excited to bring that advanced training to my hometown.”
He travels all over the country for continuing education. He loves the hands-on aspect of general dentistry. “It’s rewarding to rebuild the mouth to look and function better, especially when we relieve pain.”
He still embraces technology. “We can do so much in the office, like crowns and implants. That reduces the number of visits to make treatment more convenient.”
“I’m really happy to be in Millville, providing friends, family, former coaches and teachers the very best quality dentistry with small-town friendly service.”

Christian Tipton is proud of what he’s built, Razor’s Edge Barber Shop at 201 N High Street. Owner for 11 years – his philosophy is summed up in three simple ideas. “I only hire the best, so you will always get a great haircut,” Christian says. “We’re professional and keep things running on time. And everybody has a great time – customers, barbers – a lot of laughs,” he says.

With 16 barbers, it’s a busy place and Christian is quick to say he welcomes customers of all backgrounds and points of view. “We’re multicultural. It’s a melting pot, every day. Everybody brings good energy. We get to know one another and get along. That’s something I'm most proud of,” he says.

Generations of families come in. He loves seeing fathers and sons come in together. “It’s family friendly, because we treat one another like family,” he says.

Raised in Millville, Christian says he wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. “This is a great community that has supported us over the years. I believe in Millville,” he says.
