In business since 2008, EPS has provided service to over 300 colleges and universities, school districts, businesses, local municipalities, national professional organizations, and FEMA. Our comprehensive emergency managem

ent training programs are constantly described as “the best we have ever had”, which is something we take great pride in. EPS CEO, James Reseburg, was contracted in 2009 to serve as the content matter expert for the development of the FEMA L363 Multi- Hazard Planning for Higher Education course. This FEMA course is in extremely high demand by colleges and universities everywhere and constantly has a very long waiting list. EPS taught both L363 pilot courses at Mount Saint Mary’s University and University of California – Davis. We have also participated in each annual review of the program, and teach several courses for FEMA each year. Our founders have over 70 years combined experience responding to and planning for emergencies of all types. We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible product on a consistent basis.
