Scouted some areas today for upcoming trips this week. Found some nice schools of fish and put a few bucks in the bank!

Well this was a first for us. A Coho Salmon in Green Bay while walleye fishing. I think this is a sign that it’s time to start thinking salmon fishing! Still having too much fun with walleyes though! Lol
Nothin beats the “thump” of a walleye just inhaling a swim bait in ridiculously shallow water! seeing a mix of spawning and post spawn fish here in southern WI. With these temps this week the spawn is in overdrive and I Anticipate seeing almost all spawning activity on the shallower bodies of water being wrapped up by the weekend.
Lovely weather today. Always nice to drive through 10” of snow on the way to the launch lol.
Got our first break in session done yesterday. That first wide open run after the 2 hour mark is the best!

The rock is opening up but still a couple pretty good ice jams above and below Fort. Broke two of them free yesterday and going to check on the third one now. Time to get after it!
Today was the last day on the ice for me! Finished strong with a solid 4 man limit! Ice will be good for another week or so yet but it’s walleye time! Thanks again everyone who fished with me this season hope to see you all again next winter. And thanks to Fishboy's Custom Ice Rods and Jigs for doing all the damage again this season!
Cold nights have firmed up the ice and opened up a couple more opportunities to get some perch! I have availability Thursday morning this week. This will be my last remaining open spot on the ice then we’re walleye and steelhead fishing.
