Part of the charm of visiting the Mineral Point up to Spring Green area is seeing some of the incredible vehicles and machines the local agricultural industry and family farms use and how they too rely on the same roads as us to get around. Keep an eye out for them if you're not used to it, and the occasional Amish carriage as well. It's all part of the rural midwest experience when you 🚜🐴🚗🚙🚐

A unique venue to hear some live music this weekend! 🎼

So excited to share we’re hosting the very talented artist and musician Laura Gibson here at Brewery Pottery during her spring living room tour! 🎉 She’ll be playing inside the gallery this Thursday night (May 16th) and tickets are still available!

🎶 Fun fact about Laura Gibson: She was the very first artist to perform at the NPR tiny desk concert series!

We’re open for Mother’s Day, the weather is great and the tasting room is so gorgeous right now!!

WHATS ON:

🍾 Pét nat mimosas, all day long!! (Plus Piquette spritzes!)
🌸 Paint-your-own lithograph card, courtesy of watercolors
🎨 Or set up a mini cold-pressed pad from and a palette of handmade watercolors from and do your own thing
🌻 Decorate a cup and plant a sunflower seed! Courtesy of MY MOM! Every year, she harvests seeds from our sunflowers and packages them in hand made envelopes for visitors to take home. We’ll have cups, markers and potting soil.
🍫 Grab a sweet snack- we’ve got chocolate from and , and we might even have special treats from our local chocolatier (time permitting- Melissa is also a mom)
🐸 Take a walk through our acre of gardens and scout the pond for frogs and tadpoles- we have several species and they’re all fun to watch!
⛳️ Pick up a game! Co****le, bocce, jenga , horseshoes and giant connect four are all outside. Plus we’ve got some classic board games too!
👧🏻🐾 Kid and dog friendly! We have sodas, coloring books, games and the aforementioned frog pond to keep everyone occupied.

Go Fish! (With a license) fishing season starts now!

May the fourth be with you this fishing season!

We had to make the joke when this year's fishing opener falls on May 4. Yes, this weekend is the start of the 2024 general fishing season, allowing you to cast a line (light saber not actually recommended) into many of Wisconsin’s lakes, rivers and streams.

Looking for places to fish? Use the Force (and our website) to find locations near you.

Remember, when it comes to following regulations, there is no try. Make sure to review the regulations for the waters you plan to fish before heading out. Also, remember to:

- Purchase your fishing license

- Practice responsible catch and release (if you aren't keeping the fish you catch)

- Wash and sanitize your gear when you're done fishing to help prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species and diseases
