Our Story
Heron House on Lake Anna is nestled between Northern Virginia and Richmond. It's the perfect weekend getaway or a great place to spend a week fishing, swimming, boating, or just relaxing. The main level of the house has three bedrooms that overlook the water with queen beds in two and a double bed in the other. There are two baths on the main level. The basement has one bedroom that overlooks the water with a double bed and another bedroom with three sets of bunk beds. There is a shared bath in the basement. Outside you'll find two huge decks that overlook the lake with furniture for eating and relaxing; a boat house; and a dock with a swim ladder so that you can enjoy swimming in the quiet cove. At night, you can roast marshmallows and tell ghost stories by the fire pit or enjoy a movie on the TVs in both living rooms - upstairs and down. Area marinas offer boat and jet ski rentals. Boat tie downs are available on the dock. Water depth at the end of the dock is around 8 feet.
