❄️ The two smaller cabins have a net loft, private sauna, hot tub (March-Oct), an outdoor shower, 100 inch projector, hearted floors and a private bonfire pit.
🌱 Stuga the larger cabin has a private 8 person sauna, barrel hot tub (April-Oct), outdoor shower, private bonfires soaking tub, bunk loft and hidden kids play room.
⛸️ in the winter they have an ice skating rink and in the summer they have a sand beach with paddle boards and kayaks
🥾 they also have trails that you can explore all around their land and every cabin has a nightly sunset right out their front windows.

⏰ now open at 7:30 Monday-Thursday serving to-go coffee or sip in with light baked goods
🍳 they still have their normal breakfast and brunch hours Friday-Sunday
I got The Salty Local which is Toasted Caramel latte topped with black Hawaiian Salt (YUM) and my little and I shared a cranberry lemon muffin and I’m picky about coffee shop baked goods and this was 10/10.
I checked this out while visiting my grandparents, but fun fact I actually went to high school with the owner (I went to STMA freshman and sophomore year) which is how I found out about the new hours! Always fun to see people in my life doing the dang thing. Go check out @homegrown_stm ☕️

I didn’t always love living in Minnesota ✨
Growing up I had an “anywhere but here mentality” and honestly thought to travel it had to be international.
I took for granted what my home state had to offer. It wasn’t until I moved to Colorado in 2018 that I realized how much Minnesota was such a big part of me, but I loved all the adventures and experiences we were having in Colorado. I realized it wasn’t just the mountains that were allowing these adventures it was my mindset around exploring a new state.
When we moved back to Minnesota I decided to keep that same mentality, while sharing all these spots with you and highlight Minnesota as an amazing place to live, visit and explore.

The World Snow Sculpting Championship returns ton Stillwater, Minnesota starting January 15th-January 26th.

12 teams from around the world will carve from Wednesday to Saturday to try to take home the championship. Saturday, January 18th, when the sculpting action is in full swing at Lowell Park, plus there’s, a snow slide, the closing ceremony, and the World’s Coolest Block Party at 6:30 PM.
Will Team Fjordwitches from Canada QC take home the winners title again this year or will we have a new champion?
