To my valued clients, I appreciate your patience during this unexpected situation. Today, our flight from Jamaica to Atlanta was diverted to Miami due to the need for a new crew. I sincerely apologize for any delays in communication; I am doing my best to return home and resume work as soon as possible. 🌍✈️ Why is it so important for travel agents to travel? Let me tell you why. Many agents go on familiarization trips, but I’m not a fan. A one-hour tour isn’t enough to confidently send my clients there. Reviews can be misleading too.

That’s why I invest my hard-earned dollars to stay at these properties. I want to experience the food, meet the staff, and truly enjoy the resort. This week, I spent time at two resorts—one I will confidently recommend and the other is going on my do-not-sell list.

While it may seem like I’m out of the office a lot, it’s all for your benefit. Thank you for your continued trust, loyalty, and support over the years. And with that, hopefully I’ll be home late tonight if all flights cooperate. 🙏
