Walt Disney World is gearing up for the start of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) next month! This special ticketed event at Magic Kingdom is a great time to see special characters, eat themed foods, and get in a few rides. The first night of MNSSHP is on select nights from August 9th - October 31st. This event can sell out, so message me to get your tickets!
If you're visiting Walt Disney World in August - October, make sure you check park hours so you don't accidentally go to Magic Kingdom on a party day. Standard ticketed guests are required to leave Magic Kingdom at 6 pm on party days! If you have a park hopper ticket, you can hop to a different park for the evening.

Let's ride Haunted Mansion at Magic Kingdom!
This ride is such a fun classic! It doesn't have a height limit, so everyone can ride. Be wary if your kids are scared of the dark or spooky characters! This is one of the few rides at Disney that my toddler has been scared on, so you should show your kids this video so they can know what the ride is like so they can be prepared.
Helpful tip: the camera for the ride photo is near the beginning during the hallway with portraits. The photo is taken when you're passing the Medusa photo 📸🐍

KSC is about an hour drive from Walt Disney World Resort and it's a great way to learn about space travel! I find that this is a fun way to spend a rest day from the parks while seeing so much history and learning about space. You can rent a car for the day to get to KSC from your resort.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is such a blast every single time!
My favorite time of day to ride this coaster is at dusk or during fireworks. It has some incredible views of the castle and it is such a long ride that you get to enjoy the views for such a long time!

Disney's Animal Kingdom has fun shows all throughout the day. I caught the Winged Encounters show this morning where a flock of macaws soar overhead! Macaws are so magestic and beautiful so I try to catch this show anytime I'm in the park!
To find showtimes in the My Disney Experience App, click on the map > hit the drop down at the top > click on entertainment > then click on the show you want to see! Winged Encounters is located on Discovery Island right in front of the Tree of Life.
