The 1900 Baytowne home holds ten adults and 3 kids -5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths in that same Villa Lago neighborhood.
Pricing is similar to the 1955 Baytowne home that holds 8 and up to 14.
Here’s a short video made on part of it - one of the Master bedrooms (there are two!) , and master bathroom left off and outside patio - I will make videographer redo at some point as missing the second master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor at the front of the home. Nice having two master bedroom suites with bathrooms !

All 3 homes now upgraded to high speed fiber optics with 1G gigablast level speeds - around twenty times the normal levels , with a matrix internet mesh system on both levels to ensure optimum internet access and functionality .
Nothing faster is available . A truly amazing experience in a home !

1955 home - Four king sized beds with four “in room” Bathrooms and a six kid bunk bed on the second floor that could hold even 8 possibly in a home theater room area .
Comfortable for a family of four but also Sleeps 14 easily!!
Has a beautiful gally style pantry with natural lighting and a beautiful open floor plan with a large kitchen .
Has a golf cart as well to use .
Has a whirlpool bath lighted tub with amazing jets .
Has all 4K UHD TV’s - 2 are 65 inches and has a boosted wireless internet signal that beats anyone in the area . 1G up and down.
Has a home theater system too for amazing movie watching and two HTS chairs .
We have a Keurig with pods and a blender and waffle maker.

Amazing Cathedral ceilings with tray ceiling!
Come feed the ducks and the turtles and the fish! We have a bald eagle and a blue heron too. We also have tree frogs that come stick to the sliding glass doors and serenade you. Very cute and cool!
Beautiful large lake that you can fish on too . Amazing lake views from almost every room ! Gourmet kitchen. Assigned parking spot and extra unassigned parking all around the complex .
2 queen sized sleeper sofas in the living room so place fits 6 adults.
The gourmet kitchen has all kinds of appliances from king crab warmers , mini oven , pressure cooker , and commercial hot dog maker .
Blender and many many more appliances! Mini indoor grill , rice maker, panini maker , chicken fryer, and ninja air fryer - list goes on and on .
TV’s in every room! 3 brand new 55 inch curved TV in living room and in each bedroom . You have to see it to believe it !
