Water made it a few times to the dunes but nothing sustained. Bands of rain are moving through and we’ve been downgraded to wind advisory💨 As you can see the 06:38 CST live feed has a few people checking out the beach🤦‍♀️ and waves aren’t too bad. 🌀HURRICANE UPDATE # 3🌀 It’s now 0630 CST and the water is definitely creeping up closer to our dunes 😞 The wind is slowly picking up as well, as the rain, as the outer bands of Hurricane Helene move in🌀 It began raining off and on after midnight last night and will continue to increase as the storm gets closer to us.
