Emma's Estate is an owner-operated beach vacation home in the Emerald Shores gated community in Miramar Beach, near Destin, FL. Accommodations include a large gourmet kitchen, high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms + a 3rd floor tower bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, five 52" smartTVs, two screened porches, 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, outdoor furniture, beach toys, and a gas grill. Emerald Shores is a golf cart friendly community boasting a private beach and pavilion, as well as two heated pools, and tennis and basketball courts.

Sleeping arrangements: 3 king beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, a twin sleeper sofa, 2 twin daybeds, and 2 pop-up twin trundle beds.
