"Seas the Bay" is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, one-level detached home located within the gates of Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort on the Choctawhatchee Bay in the Fairways Community.

Fairways guests enjoy access to the two seasonally heated Sandestin pools: One across from Linkside Village on Audubon Drive and the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center centrally located at the Baytowne Ave traffic circle.
