Owning a beach house has been a dream of ours for a very long time, and we made that dream a reality in April 2022. The Emerald Coast including Destin & Miramar Beach has been our favorite vacation spot for over 20 years. And where we know the best memories are yet to come as ou

r family grows. Your family will make great memories here too. We would love to help make that happen. Why did we change the name of our beach house to "Without A Doubt?" Well once you and your family stay here you will know that it is the best house so close to the beach, Without A Doubt! It is bright, open and airy - and very beachy. It’s tucked away in a wonderful little area that we had never encountered before until just recently, and what a gem it is. The house is a two minute stroll from the beach without crossing any roads. There’s no other place like it on the Emerald Coast. It’s the Perfect Getaway for families & friends. We hope all our guests enjoy Without A Doubt as much as we do! Although the house is great, we want to make it even better for you and us! We will be completely remodeling the house this fall so everything will be fresh and new...everything! We are all about happy guests and want you to return year after year! You will fall in love with the house and how close it is to everything - especially the beach - just like we did! Hi, we’re David & Mary Ellen Henn. Owning a beach house has been a dream of ours for a very long time, and we made that dream a reality in July 2020. We have traveled to the Destin | Miramar Beach area since we were teens and it is one of our favorite places on earth

We have vacationed here with our two children since they were infants, and they’re now finishing college. It’s a place where we’ve made some of our best family memories. And where we know the best memories are yet to come as our family grows.
