Thank you for staying or inquiring with Landon by the Sea. We appreciate you choosing our Gulf Front homes in Miramar Beach. We're including some new Landon information and an updates on Landon by the Sea availibility. Also included a picture of Landon our first year, about 2010, and a more current picture, check the windows.
Landon #1
Unit #1 has one week available between now and Dec 1st, that week is Aug 12 -19th (also #3,4), $3095 total cost. This is a great time to visit, decreased cost from the middle summer months and as kids are starting school, less of a crowd than earlier.
Landon #2
Unit #2 had a cancellation for six days, July 2 - 8th, this is the most demanded week at Destin, these six days can be booked for $4750 total cost. Unit #2 has some time in the first half of Dec available, otherwise booked till March 1st, 2024.
Landon #3
Unit #3 has two weeks available between now and March 9th, 2024. Those weeks are July 8 - 15th, total cost $5250, and August 12 -19th (also # 1,4), total cost $3,095.
Landon #4
Unit #4 is booked up until March 9th. 2024 except, also has the week of August 12 -19th available (also 1, 3), plus several weeks in November at $1850 total cost.
We are excited to announce our new partnership with Ocean Reef Resorts to manage our property. We have ended our business with Saltwater Vacations after 12 years. Ocean Reef is a good fit and has the level of customer service that our guests deserve. They have been in business since 1982 and have excellent management of over 550 properties. They are a local company with ties to the community and the references we've checked have been great. Ocean Reef will be a great partner with Landon by the Sea, and we are looking forward to your feedback.
As you may recall our family purchased these townhomes in 2010. We upgraded and then overhauled a different unit each year. Our newest upgrade was the replacement of all decks and outdoor stairs and enlargement of porches with a "Wear Deck" product that is 30% cooler for walking and splinter free. All units have upgraded kitchens and baths. Check out the master baths on our website!
We still have the great privacy of a townhome directly on the beach without crowded parking lots, no elevators and no streets to cross. You still park directly in front of your front door. There aren't many properties you can see your kitchen, living room, and the gulf of Mexico from the seat of your car.
In addition to Landon's great new looks inside and out, your safety is just as important. Since our purchase, Landon's four exterior electric meter boxes, all four interior electric main panels and their feed wires have been replaced. All window and doors were replaced with FL approved hurricane products.

Many of you have already rebooked by contacting us through our website. Landon bookings can originate from VRBO, our management company, or our website, all work fine. All VRBO bookings now charge guests additional fees. Bookings contacting us from our website is always the least expensive way to book Landon, you're always dealing with the same person and you have my cell number.
