Congratulations graduates! Thanks for all you did at the Outdoor Program while you were students here. Best of luck to you all!

Ella Wilson is a gal from Roanoke, Virginia who grew up in the Appalachian Mountains. She has spent 3 years here at UM and majored in Environmental Studies and is graduating early! She spent a year traveling and living in Spanish speaking areas and loves to chat it up in Spanish when given the opportunity. She was a F W E student, and a F W E leader, she took the Climbing Wall Instructor course and started working at the climbing wall and teaching climbing classes after that. We have loved having her work at the climbing wall and have her go with the flow vibes here all around. She also happens to be really skilled at drawing (she designed the 2024 climbing competition shirt) and poetry (one of her poems was selected for a magazine and she was invited to read it aloud…). She is excited to take all she has learned here at UM and begin her career as a climbing bum.

Congrats Ella…we will miss you!
