Attractions we did not ride on this WDW trip.

Some of these were by choice and others were due to closures!

For starters, MISSION: Space- This caused me so much nausea due to the G-forces.

Next, Astro Orbiter- with so many different options for spinny rides at Disney World this has to be at the bottom of my list to ride.

Next, Its Tough to be A Bug- horror show sums it up.

Finally, Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster- this one is very unfortunate, but this was a ride closure on our trip.

Do you have any rides you won’t ride at Disney World?

After a very magical vacation it was time to begin our travel day to head home. But not before hitting up my two favorite resorts on Disney property!

We decided to start the day at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge for some breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe (don’t forget to ask for the ketchup!). After breakfast was over we jumped in the car to head over to Animal Kingdom Lodge. We wanted to be able to experience some of the animals around the property and see the wonderful heritage present in the resort! We hung out and relaxed here for a bit before making our way to Disney Springs!

Once we arrived at Disney Springs we decided to grab some coffee at Starbucks before doing some shopping. We made sure to hit up some good shops before jumping in line for Gideon’s Bakehouse! And wow.. these cookies, especially the Banana Chocolate Chip, were amazing!!

We finished up some shopping and decided to grab some lunch before getting on the road to head home! We stopped for lunch at Chicken Guy! Another amazing restaurant on Disney property! Then we jumped in the car to make the 16 hour drive home!

Now we know that this may not have been exactly how we planned for this vacation to go but it sure did turn out wonderful after everything!

I cannot wait to start planning my next trip! I am really hoping to make it back at some point this year but I know I will be back in the area at Universal towards the end of the year!

Day 4 started us off at Disney’s Magic Kingdom again for an early breakfast reservation at 8:00 am at Crystal Palace- right on Main St. USA. This experience is a delicious breakfast buffet with Pooh and Friends! You will get to meet characters like Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Pigglet, and Eyore!

After we were all stuffed from breakfast, we headed over to Pirates of the Caribbean and the Jungle Cruise! Then we decided to head over to the Starbucks on Main St. USA to grab a drink before heading to the monorail to get to Epcot.

Once we arrived at Epcot we headed to the back of the park, the France Pavillion, to experience Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and the Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along! We also wanted to have some more of the delicious pastries from the France Pavillion as well!

From here we planned to head to the International Gateway to jump on a boat to Hollywood Studios! Well we walked a little too far and got to take a look at the Boardwalk Resort as well as Swan and Dolphin! But we did end up catching the boat (a little later than expected) but were able to enjoy a quiet boat ride over to Hollywood Studios, which we did enjoy walking around Galaxy’s Edge in daylight and riding Smugglers Run! Which I sure did love! I was a Gunner while Madison and my mom were both Engineers! Before heading back to Magic Kingdom for the night we headed to MuppetVision 3D.

Heading back to Magic Kingdom we hopped on the bus to the Polynesian! We decided that we wanted to check out the Monorail Resort loop (Polynesian and the Grand Floridian)!

Back in Magic Kingdom we decided we wanted to ride The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and Space Mountain one more time before doing some shopping on Main St. We walked through so many shops before heading over to the Confectionary, which I believe has the best snack deal in Walt Disney World! For $14-$17 you can make your own popcorn creation! Two layers of popcorn and goodies!! It is such an amazing deal!

We then decided to find a spot to camp out before Happily Ever After! (which yes did make me cry lol) there is so much thought put into each of the fireworks shows so its hard not to!

After this we decided to head back to our resort to call it a night once more before our big travel day home!

Day 3 started out bright and early again with a 6 am wake up time- this was to get fully ready before 6:55am when we had to begin preparing to book our Virtual Queue for TRON! which we luckily got boarding group 6!!

We got on one of the first buses to head over and were able to get in again with time to spare before Early Entry for resort guests opened. We headed in to get some pictures on Main Street USA before heading over to Space Mountain! We were lucky enough to jump right on there before heading over to the Tomorrowland People Mover. We rode this while we waited for the park to officially open- which once it did we were able to head right over to TRON! We waitied in line for approximately 5 mins before we got to ride! This has easily become one of my favorite rollercoasters on property!

After we got off TRON, we headed over to Buzz Lightyear to earn our SpaceRanger status! We then decided to head towards the back of the park to ride the Teacups, The Little Mermaid, and Dumbo! We also got to meet Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy back at Pete’s Silly Side Show!

We then decided to trek over and do Mickey’s PhilharMagic, it’s a small world, and Haunted Mansion- before grabbing a Mickey Pretzel to watch a bit of Festival of Fantasy Parade! Then we were able to jump in line to ride Big Thunder Mountain before it closed for refurb the next day. After jumping off this ride we headed to the buses to head on over to Hollywood Studios!

Once we arrived here we headed to do some shopping before jumping on Tower of Terror!! After we enjoyed that thriller we wanted to get right in line to ride Mickey & Minnies Runaway Railway, which is such a fun new experience!

After this we headed back to ToyStory Land! Disney did such a great job with all the planning and theming for this part of the park! Everything truly does make you feel like you are a toy! We got to ride ToyStory Mania and the Alien Swirling Saucers before heading in to eat at RoundUp Rodeo! This was such a fun experience that I believe is 100% worth it! The food is delicious and will make you so full!

After we got done with dinner we headed over to Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge- and believe me when I say it, if you are a Star Wars fan like me this is a cant miss experience! We got to ride Rise of the Resistance and no matter how long you have to wait I think this ride is so worth it!

After we got off this ride we headed back to our resort to call it a night!

Day 2 started out bright & early at 6 am! Disney World wake up calls don’t mess around. There is so much planning that is done when you are trying to make the most out of a limited amount of time!

We woke up early enough to make sure we could get up and ready to make it on one of the first buses over to Animal Kingdom. My favorite way to do Animal Kingdom is to get the rides out of the way early and then have the rest of the day to either take it easy and take in the rest of the park- or head to another park!

We did manage to get to Animal Kingdom about 30 mins prior to Early Entry for park guests so we could make sure we were ready to join the crowd and rope drop Flight of Passage! Which we successfully did- we managed to pretty much walk right onto the ride. As soon as we got off Flight of Passage before the park was even officially open to everyone we also jumped in a short line to ride Navi River Journey!

After getting off there we headed straight to the back of the park to have one of the best experiences I have ever had on Kilimanjaro Safaris- we got to hear a lion roar! Having the most eventful park day- we headed over to Expedition Everest which was about a 30 min wait and well worth it! Then before it officially closes I had to ride DINOSAUR for what could be the last time and enjoyed every second of it!

As soon as we rode all 5 major rides at Animal Kingdom in about a 2 hour time span- we headed to Flame Tree BBQ to enjoy a delicious lunch. One of my favorite cheap eats at Animal Kingdom is the french fries with cheese and bbq pork! Overall it is such a great quality lunch item and doesn’t break the bank! You can usually get pretty lucky too and catch a show right from your table!

After this was over we decided to head to Epcot for the night! Here we chose to book an Individual Lightning Lane for Guardians! So while we waited for this we rode Spaceship Earth & Soarin and headed to the aquarium- easily some of my favorites!

Then it was finally time for us to ride Guardians- and WOW! that ride is incredible! We got One Way or Another and it was so much fun! I cannot wait to go back to try and get every song!

After we got off Guardians we headed to my favorite part of Disney World- Epcots World Showcase, starting off in of course, MEXICO!

We stopped here for dinner- the kids meal empenadas, another hack! Before heading into the pavillion to ride The Grand Fiesta Tour! From here we started exploring each of the pavillions. Walking through the shops and checking all the unique features of each out! I think my favorite pavillion though has to be France! You absolutely cannot beat the bakery- there are so many good eats there! I could eat one of everything!

We finished up walking through the showcase before heading to the new Moana water experience, which I do have to say is such a fun and peaceful interactive water world! We then headed over to Finding Nemo before heading back to our resort to call it a night!

Didnt get to post a ton about our girls trip from a month agao so we can relive it now.. right?! 😂 follow along with me for the nextt week as i post a day by day of our girls trip to Disney World last month!

With what I would like to consider one of the craziest travel days for me- we finally made it to Disney World after a long 16 hour car drive! A little background for this- we were supposed to fly out at 6:30am on Saturday Jan. 13- while my OCD self was checking our boarding passes before bed on Friday night (after working all day), I come to find out that the wind had canceled all Frontier Flights for Saturday… In a shear panic I call my mom and after some back and forth at 9:30pm we decided to hop in the car and drive overnight to make it to Orlando on Saturday afternoon!

After a quick stop at Buccees in Northern Florida we finally made it to Orlando to check into Disney’s All Star Movies around 2:30. We finally get into our room and are able to take quick showers and freshen up before heading to Universal’s CityWalk to the NBC Sports Grill & Brew to watch the Browns Game.. with an unfortunate loss on our hands we headed to the Disney Outlet to do a bit of shopping (even got Aspen some new winter pjs!- and then headed to grab some beignets at Port Orleans!

Once we were all done enjoying our yummy treat we headed back to our resort to relax and hit the hay before a magical vacation!

Disney Belt Bag for under $15!?

I love the look and convince of belt bags! They make everything, especially park hopping, so easy! But I would never be able to bring myself to spend money for an already made one.

Amazon runs so many deals on belt bags! I got these beauties for $7 each! The Disney patches also came in a pack from Amazon for $7. And the pearl letters were about $4 each from Hobby Lobby! The E6000 Glue (the key to making these stick for good) was about $5! For a grand total of $23 for 3 belt bags, or about $8 each!!!

Not only do you get something super cute that everyone will be asking about, but you also will be able to be hands free while you explore everything the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer!
