Total remodel of house that hadn't been updated since 1985! Stripped wallpaper in 6 rooms, mudded, skimmed and painted. Oak stained cabinets in 4 bathrooms and kitchen plus trim throughout whole house were sanded, primed, and painted white. All ceilings were painted white. All walls were painted gray. Red brick fireplace was whitewashed and mantle was distressed, painted white and hung with black iron brackets. All light fixtures were replaced. Made custom frames for bathroom mirrors which were cut to fit them. All faucets were updated. Removed linoleum floors in 4 rooms and replaced with wood plank flooring. All 4 bathroom counters were updated with custom concrete overlays. Carpet was steam cleaned four times! This house had an offer the first day it was listed and sold 3 days later for $16,000 OVER asking price! All this work was done by me and my girlfriend after hours and on weekends. Lots of work done on the outside too.

Total remodel of 1973 bathroom. It had olive green ceramic tile in shower, behind toilet and on floor. Scraped popcorn off ceiling, painted cabinets, walls, trim, and ceiling, installed concrete counter, replaced light fixture, installed new sink and faucet, replaced valves and shower/tub faucets and handles, installed porcelain tile in shower and floor, installed brick backspash, installed new toilet and new towel rods. Looks amazing!

Remodel of 1985 kitchen. Painted oak stained cabinets, stripped wallpaper, mudded and skimmed walls, painted walls, trim and ceiling, installed porcelain stone backsplash, replaced all light fixtures, faucet and hardware, removed old linoleum floor and laid new wood plank floor. Looks awesome!

Remodeled 1985 bathrooms. Painted oak stained cabinets, installed concrete counters, new light fixtures, removed wallpaper, mudded and skimmed walls, painted walls, trim and ceilings, hung custom made framed mirrors, replaced all hardware, and laid new floor.
