How it works:
📅 Each month will have a theme, members can offer creative deals, discounts, or packages to match.
🕙 Submit your deal at least 10 days before the 1st of the month to join!
📇 FREE IShop Davie Perk cards will be available at the Chamber office for members to distribute to employees.
✅ Perk users must show their card to redeem the deal. Businesses can track names for one-use perks if preferred.

January Non-Profit of the Month || Humane Society of Davie County

The Davie County Chamber of Commerce is delighted to spotlight the Humane Society of Davie County (HSDC) as our January Nonprofit of the Month! This outstanding organization, led by Janis Mayers, is on a mission to prevent cruelty and suffering among dogs and cats through rescue, adoption, and education.
A Lifesaving Mission in Action

The Humane Society of Davie County is a beacon of hope for homeless pets in our community. Through their comprehensive programs, they work tirelessly to ensure every dog and cat receives the love, care, and dignity they deserve.

What They Do:
🐾 Adoption Program: Matching homeless pets with loving families.
🐾 Rescue Transport: Partnering with rescues in other states to expand lifesaving opportunities.
🐾 Spay/Neuter Services: Offering low-cost options and transportation for community pet owners.
🐾 Food Pantry: Providing essential pet food to low-income families in need.
🐾 Education Resource: Equipping the public with knowledge about animal care and welfare.
2024 Achievements Worth Celebrating

In just the past year, HSDC has made an incredible impact:
✨ Found forever homes for 129 dogs and cats.
✨ Spayed/neutered 455 pets, promoting responsible pet ownership.
✨ Transported 557 animals to partner rescues, saving countless lives.
✨ Fed 2,469 pets, supporting 339 families in keeping their beloved companions healthy and happy.
