Bonus day added!! Sunday 10am to 5pm. This will be the last day!! Time to work the land for tulips!!
$5 admission. $1 per stem picked. Critter barn open. You can purchase animal feed $5. Lets you feed everyone in the barn. Animal feed purchase NOT required but does help us pamper the animals over winter. ☺️

Niels came to visit the farm yesterday. Came all the way from the Netherlands. He supplies our tulip and daffodil bulbs.
We are planting 280,000 bulbs this year. 100,000 daffodils.
For the first time in many years, spring tulips are in jeopardy. Bulb crops have been super bad the last few years. There will be a huge price increase for fall bulbs in 2025. We would need to cut back or not plant next year fall for 2026.
Let’s hope we can still plant these beautiful flowers fall 2025. Within the next month we will plant this years bulbs. Expect bloom to begin at the same time as almond blossom time in late February.

Trunk or treat TOMORROW!!

I farmed the land by Costco for 15 years. Today I farmed the store of 90 bags of candy.
Our Trunk or Treat will be Friday as to not compete with area churches and beyond. We have 50+ cars signed up for Friday. This is my way of giving back to the community that supports us so much.
Major props to the managers of Costco helping us with our order. It’s still weird for me to walk the aisles of Costco Riverbank. I used to walk rows of corn and pumpkins there.

Just a quick reminder that we will have food trucks, and the trunk or treat is Friday at 6pm. Our Trunks will set up in the field. I’ll see you there!

Animal Feeding! We all know ya want to do it. Here is a great way to do it. At the admissions booth, you can purchase 12pz cups of animal feed. Safe to feed to any of our farm animals.
As some of you know, it’s expensive to feed over 100 farm animals throughout the year. This will help keep our farm animals well taken care of and fed all year long. We have made significant changes to our “critter barn” but more work is needed. We also planning a very cool “goat walk” as goats will be able to walk 10 feet up in the air!! At times we do limit our feed cups on busy weekends.
I forgot to mention, you will be able to keep these Dutch Hollow Feed cups. You can always feed your own “kids” 🐐 at home. 🤓
