This house has been a family vacation home for over fourty years. Referred as the Crown Jewel of Dale Hollow lake, this home is one of just a hand full of privately owned waterfront homes on the 620 miles of shore line bordering Tennessee and Kentucky. During the high season (Memorial Day -Labor Day) the house is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, 1,600 s

q ft. home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The large wrap-around 1,360 sq ft. deck/porch is just steps from the waters edge. Listen to your favorite music both indoors and out with a high-quality stereo system that can be controlled from the kitchen, living area, and patio or via bluetooth. Movies are enjoyed on a large flat screen TV with multiple speaker sound, and a cozy gas fireplace in the family room. Additional amenities include a heated outdoor shower, a barbeque, heat and air-conditioning, and wireless, high-speed Internet. About the Area:

The immediate area is very private and quiet to enjoy scenic walks along the shore, with frequent sightings of eagles, owls, and other wildlife being a highlight. A paved boat launch is conveniently located only a few minutes walk down the road. Canoeing, boating, kayaking and an array of water sports are just steps off your front porch. Dale Hollow lake is considered the most beautiful lake in the state of Tennessee. It holds the world record small mouth bass, 11 lbs 15 oz, and was recently voted the number one house boating lake in North America by pickaslip. If water sports are what you enjoy, Dale Hollow made the list as one of the top 13 “sickest" lakes to wakeboard in the United States. Come see all that Dale Hollow has to offer.
