Happy Labor Day weekend and we’re celebrating with this new canned cocktail - the salted Basil strawberry daiquiri (Because we couldn’t just do a regular daiquiri). Made with our award winning white rum, a fresh strawberry coulis, fresh Basil, lime, saline solution, and a bit of sugar. Lightly carbonated for your sipping pleasure. Enjoy it in a 12oz can to go or sip on one at the distillery. By the way our Air Conditioning is back online for those who are asking! Thanks!

We’re officially in the ‘ber months 🍁🥳

Happy September, it’s time for new drinks and specialty platter!

For the drinks, from left to right:
☕️ Cold Brew Wine-Tini - Homestead wine, cold brew coffee, caramel sauce, topped with whipped cream and caramel.
🍊 Blood Orange Spritz - Pinot Grigio Wine, blood orange syrup, tonic water, served over ice.
🍒 Mon Chéri Sangria - Sunrise wine, cran cherry juice, cherries, and blueberries. Available by the glass or carafe.
🍓 Strawberry Shortcake Wine Float - Nana’s Wine, strawberry ice cream, topped with crushed graham crackers.

For the platter:
🧀 Gouda and Grapefruit Platter - Gouda and White Cheddar cheeses, sweet soppressata, maple glazed nuts, olive oil crackers, and pink grapefruit marmalade.

, a car show on RoBo, and how the heck is it September?!?

We’re not sure how it’s September BUT that just means we’re getting closer to our weekend long celebration of the most basic reason to love fall…. PUMPKIN! Pumpkinpalooza is happening 9/15 - 9/17!! and do we have some fun in store this year!

But first… this weekend we have a double can release AND a small batch release!

⛵️ Smooth Sailing - back in cans and on tap when we open at 3pm today is our triple IPA packed with tons of that classic Citra/ Mosaic hop combo on top of a silky, pillowy IPA!

☕️ Ooh La La - also making a return to the taps and the takeout fridge is our creamy white stout that we let sit on French vanilla coffee beans and vanilla for a light & sweet coffee treat.

🍻 Raspberry Wheat - this guys is a small batch addition to the tap list this weekend for a light option with a hint of fruity goodness! If you wanna take this one to go it’ll have to be in a crowler!

We’ll be watching the car show on the Town Square from the taproom but we’ll have cans available for you to grab and go to enjoy while you walk around!

The car show will make parking a challenge so be sure to park in the Mick St Garage for easiest access on Friday!

We have the return of some classic ciders this week at Armageddon.

Returning to our taps are -

Massacre - Our blood orange cider w/ citra hops is back! We’ve bottled a good amount for the farmers markets as well. As usual, we hand pressed well over 1000 blood oranges for this creation. Stop by and get massacred by this classic.

Pairs well with “Wait and Bleed” by Slipknot

Remorse - Small batch version, but even more flavor. It’s been years since this one has graced our taste buds. This version is made with homegrown black berries. Be sure to grab some, if not you’ll be filled with remorse!

Pairs well with “Burning Times” by Iced Earth

Darlington 6.8% (2023 version) - Hazy IPA
A Hazy New England Style India Pale Ale brewed with a hop blend provided by Yakima Chief specifically Ales for ALS™. The base of this beer was created with two row barley, spelt, malted white wheat and Vienna malts. The hop blend includes Simcoe, Talus, Ekuanot, Loral, experimental hops HBC 522, HBC 630 and HBC 586. Fruity flavors and aroma of passion fruit, pine, pink grapefruit, mango, guava, cherry and tropical fruits.

We have 2wo fresh can drops and a small batch to help you add a little flavor to the weekend!

🫐 Blueberry Donut - back on tap and in cans our white stout base conditioned on bluebery puree and vanilla to make you feel like you’re in a donut shop!

🍓🍋 Sour to the People: Strawberry Lime - a taste of summer in every sip! This tart sour ale was conditioned on plenty of strawberry and lime purée for a refreshing treat to wind down the summer!

🥧 Mud Pie - we pulled off some of that white stout base to have a little fun with! We let it sit on ooey marshmallow and smooth chocolate before kegging it for you all! Stop in and try this small batch and let us know if we should graduate it up to the big system!

Somethin' Pumpkin - Pumpkin Beer (6%) Our pumpkin cream ale treats your taste buds to notes of pumpkin pie crust, warm cinnamon, smooth vanilla, and autumn spices.

Brew Jersey: Sign the Bill Phil - Session IPA (3.9%) Sign the Bill Phil is a raw light IPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. We find this to be the quintessential beer to enjoy while doing anything and everything! Proceeds of this brew will go to levitating restrictions on breweries in NJ.

Hot Route IPA - NEIPA (7%) This 7% IPA comes in hot in the flavor department full of all your favorite hop varieties. This is sure to be a beer you'll want to run a long route for!

Back by popular demand from SourFest2023, is the Magic Kingdom Dole Whip sour. If you've ever been to Disney, you know this one is as magical as Mickey himself!

Next up, also from SourFest2023, we have the Sour Patch Daiquiri. Made with cane sugar, strawberry, and lime, it's like a party in your mouth that takes you back to the good ol' days of sneaking candy into the movie theater.

Taking its name from the Delaware Memorial and Commodore Barry Bridges, which traverse the nearby Delaware River, the Two Bridges Wine, Beer, & Spirits Trail takes visitors on a tour of local vineyards, breweries, and distilleries in South Jersey towns across three counties. Dining, shopping, and other local attractions punctuate the trail. Enjoy scenic coastal and watershed areas, wild forests, and the lands carved by the Delaware River as you cross from place to place, sampling the local color and culture of the area.
