I’m had Brandon and his son out on Lake Conroe for a half day catfish trip. This was a catch and release trip but he ended up catching his PB blue cat weighing in at 22lbs and a bunch of channel cats. Enjoyed having them out and hope to see them again soon.

Lone Star Fishing Guide Service ran two trips today.

On the morning trip I had Jimmy and his granddaughter out for half day catfish trip. They only wanted to keep a few to put on the grill tonight and we did catch and release for the remainder of the trip.

The afternoon trip had Edward and his family out for half day trip and we hit a couple spots. The bite was light but they managed to put a good box together for a nice fish fry.
