The New Lightning Lane Premier Pass has been announced for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. This pass will give you access to all Lightning Lane attractions ONE time, with no need to book a return time. There is no pricing available at this time. Disneyland will start testing this on October 23 and Walt Disney World will start Testing on October 30 with Deluxe, Deluxe Villas, Shades of Green, and Swan and Dolphin hotel guest.

Disney land can book 2 days before their trip and Walt Disney World guest can book 7 days before. Quantities will be limited.

Pricing is $129- $449 per pass plus tax.

Walt Disney World has announced their phased closing starting at 1pm tomorrow. Disney Springs, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom will all begin closing at 1, and Magic Kingdom and Epcot at 2.

Universal will officially be closing at 2 tomorrow and all day Thursday as Hurricane Milton comes through the Florida Peninsula. I would also expect Disney to announce their intentions soon.

Waiting on Main Street for the crowds to clear is a great thing to strive for, amazing pictures (back when the Dreamlights were installed). But have you ever gotten the gates closed behind you? In 2019 our trip to California, we waited to get a picture of Route 66 in Carsland, and just talked to security about our trip and compared DLR to WDW. A couple of stops for pictures at Carthay Circle, and as we walked out of the gates of DCA, the gates were closed behind us. We were the last people out of the park for the day.
