Don't forget! Tonight's Parade of Lights will follow the new parade route established earlier this year. 🍭🎄

The parade will flow through historic downtown Montrose along Main Street beginning at the Pythian Avenue intersection and proceed west to the Cascade Avenue intersection where the route turns north onto Cascade Avenue, then east on N 1st Street to Nevada Avenue.

The parade will begin at 5:30pm. See you there!

Volunteers will join us on December 7th at the Montrose County Fair Grounds, before the parade, starting at 2:30 PM. Whether it’s checking in floats, collecting waivers, or lining up vehicles, your support will give the parade some extra sweetness! Interested? The City of Montrose is on the lookout for the perfect Santa to headline our spectacular annual holiday events, which include the Tree Lighting Ceremony, Santa’s Cabin, and Parade of Lights. As Santa, you will immerse yourself in the role, spread joy to children and families, and bring the magic of the season to life.
