Lakecations is Lake Norman's Premier Luxury Vacation Rental Company! Todd started as a single lakefront homeowner, planning to enjoy Lake-life. After some unsolicited advice from friends he posted his home on VRBO while he went out of town for a couple of weeks. Low and behold, the house rented all summer and had to move out. Lakecations has grown, from a single man show to a small familial group.

We changed names, formerly known as Vacation at Lake Norman and Lakecations was established! Since we ventured into the market in Spring of 2016, we have seen a huge increase in the market, we currently own seven luxury, lakefront homes. As part of our new venture with Lakecations, we are property managers who are overseeing vacation rentals, with a total of 15 properties. We are happily sharing what we have learned about the business, while still being able to do what we love. What we love about managing vacation rentals is talking with families and helping them plan outstanding LAKEcations! Our ongoing goal is to provide luxurious vacation homes and an unforgettable experience. As we live in the area, we are always available for questions or advice. We are familiar with the area and can make you feel welcomed to the homes here in the Lake Norman area. Vacation At Lake Norman

Welcome to Vacation at Lake Norman! My name is Todd Senff, and I have lived in the Lake Norman area for the past 6 years....I absolutely love it here! Back in 2016 I decided to get into the vacation rental business to share our love of the Lake Norman and the area with all of our friends. Since our first Lake Norman Vacation Rental in 2016, I have since added 5 properties luxury vacation rentals to my portfolio.

Having moved from Ohio, I was introduced to Lake Norman (probably like many of you) by driving through it on i-77 on our way to the annual family vacations to Hilton Head & Myrtle Beach. I really had no idea how large, wonderful and fun the lake was with my limited exposure.

Having been in real estate for the past 20 years, this business seemed like a natural progression for me. I am bound and determined to deliver the absolute best experience possible for all our guests. Lucky and I aim to please, so if you have any questions or I can provide any additional information for to help you make your vacation rental decision, please let me know. I always have my phone with me and will be diligent about getting back to you ASAP! (BTW...one of my largest pet peeves with other real estate professionals!)

Bottom line...you are not going to find more family friendly, better equipped, fun filled vacation rentals on Lake Norman than our luxury waterfront portfolio. We are all about making your vacation the absolute best it can be. We have attempted to think of everything you may need...and make it available. We are not about "nickle and diming" you to death or asking you to bring your entire house with you...we provide linens, towels, bathroom supplies, a full kitchen with all the essential accessories, and little things like a high chair, pack-n-play, games for the entire family, firewood for the fire pit, lake map with identified hot spots, and so much more.
