My, my, what an amazing privilege it was hosting these 21 awesome women for a four-day weekend of adventures. They were "all in" with everything they did, whether it was hiking, rappelling, wild caving, kayaking, yoga, or tomahawk throwing. Life begins at the end of your comfort zone! 💃🎇💖

Another one of our Women's Adventure & Yoga Weekend is in the books! My, my, what a great weekend it was! Nineteen women went hiking, wild caving, rappelling, kayaking, standup paddleboarding, practiced yoga, and much more. Many fears were conquered and many new friends were made.

17 adventurous women had an awesome time at the Women's Adventure & Yoga Weekend at Carter Caves State Park. A weekend jam-packed full of events including rappelling, wild caving, hiking, SUP/kayaking and yoga in a cave. Everyone was all-in and went all-out! The best part was making new friends!

We had an awesome trail crew at Carter Caves State Park. The Horn Hollow trail got some much-needed improvements. We fixed erosion problems, installed cribbing, reblazed the trail and removed unofficial trails. The end result? A safer and more enjoyable experience for park visitors.
