What an amazing weekend! Our backpacking workshop at Carter Caves State Park was a success. With 20 participants and five guides, we hiked, learned Leave No Trace, water purification, campfire building, bear bagging, and more. 🆘 Let's Protect Our Trails! It's the muddy season, and our trails need your help. Please walk through the mud and not around it. Stay in the center of the path and avoid the edges. This prevents our trails from becoming wider and muddier. Wear waterproof boots with gaiters, and bring trekking poles. 🥾 Thank you for being a trail steward! 🏆
