st fishing on the North Carolina Coast. Inshore fishing will produce the likes of speckled trout, flounder, puppy drum, black drum, sheepshead, sea mullet, and more. Trolling nearshore will produce the likes of Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, False Albacore and the occasional Cobia. You will fish aboard Captain Roger’s 22-foot Aquasport center console boat powered by a 200 HP Mercury Marine engine. It’s a perfect vessel for navigating the shallow waters as well as heading outside the inlet for some nearshore fishing. It's equipped with a Garmin fish finder, GPS, VHF radio, live bait tank and remote-controlled trolling motor. We also provide fishing licenses, rods, reels, tackle, and lures, as well as drinking water. All you have to do is dress for the day, grab some snacks, put on some sunblock, and hop aboard. As a professional Fisherman it’s a pleasure to operate fishing charters in the community I grew up in. As much as I love fishing, I like to think of myself as more than just a charter boat captain.
