When you find yourself beginning to feel a bond between yourself and the people you photograph, when you laugh and cry with their laughter and tears, you will know you are on the right track. We ask that all images used on the internet have our Barbara Marie Photography watermark on it. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book your appointment due to no shows. If you cancel your appointment
or do not show up without notice we will retain the 50%. If you need to reschedule you must call 72 hours before hand, the 50% will be applied to your rescheduled photo shoot only 1 time. In the case that it rains, deposit will be applied to a future shoot. If it rains you have the option to switch to an indoor shoot but the price will remain the same. For large events such as weddings it is on a first come first serve basis. I HAVE to have deposit in hand to reserve your date due to people backing out at the last second. Without a deposit your date will not be held. We are open for All Major Holidays for additional fee but ONLY for Group Portraits, Events/Parties & Weddings. Please inquire by contacting me. Here are some things to know about my business at this time. Updates will be made as needed:
1. I do have a studio but normally I only use it for Seniors and Newborns Shoots, so all other shoots must be done on location, within 25 miles of Morgan City, LA, without additional charge for travel. Any additional mileage will be added to the price of the package based on current travel and lodging (if applicable) costs.
2. Photo release forms and liability waivers, surveys, and contracts must be signed prior to each photo session.
3. Payments must be made in full before each photo session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. Previously taken photos by Barbara Marie Photography can be printed and purchased at various prices and sizes upon request. (For prints, payments must be paid in full before receiving the prints)
5. Releases to edited photos, of the photographers choosing, will be granted after the editing session is complete. (Typically 4-6 weeks based on the time and size of the event) Sneak peeks will be available on the BMP page.
6. Additional session time, photos, or prints can be added to any package at an additional cost.
7. If a session has to be cancelled due to inclement weather, Barbara Savant will contact you 24 hours in advance, to reschedule.
8. Just enjoy being photograph by an outgoing and funny lady. I love to laugh, joke and play with your children. I know you will have a terrific time so all you need to do now is book your session by calling or texting 985-384-3881.
