A fifth place finish for Michal in the Olympic final of the MK-1 - the best finish for the United States in slalom since the 2004 Athens Games.

Great day on the course at the Kasai Slalom Center for team USA Canoe & Kayak!

Evy and Michal both progressed to the semifinal of their respective event.

Catch on the course tomorrow at 2 pm local time for the semifinal of the WC-1.
