This will be fun! The US Postal Service will issue a set of horse stamps in 2024. The horses were photographed by Stephanie Moon Photography of Ohio and Karen Wegehenkel Horse Photography of Oregon. Other fun stamps coming next year feature turtles, manatees, and bluegrass music!

Come book your Farm Stay in the Skoolie! Visit with your own personal horse of your choosing for the entire stay! And horses can be ridden for an additional fee. Grill, gather around the firepit, relax and visit with the animals! Outdoor shower and bath provided. Rates start at $55 a night!

Ok! Here's the deal! I have guests coming in this weekend with no place to stay! So I set the bus up, with a new mattress, new sheets, Roku TV, an electric cooler, chairs, firepit and even a coffee pot! Fresh towels will be handed out by the concierge upon arrival. I guess it needs some use!

Trust your horse to go forward

Probably one of the biggest sticking points for many: horses crunched up from a rider who is afraid to let go- and when they are let go they are snatched back up. Fear! It’s insidious. There is no judgment here of the human for being afraid

But

How can a horse ever trust a person who cannot learn to let go of them?

The reality is, a horse in forward motion is far safer than one being restrained. A horse restrained perpetually is a horse set up for implosion. Now THAT is scary

And a horse in BALANCED forward motion is the safest place to be on the planet

Do the work to create the balance
And then trust it, and let the horse move

I even rescue fish in overcrowded ponds! Transferring from 250 gallon tank to 14 thousand gallon pond! They're beauties! And going to be so much happier!

Cost of upgrading property to rent - $2000. 29 days of bookings - $2200.
Now I'm kinda glad I hurt my knee and got bored and redecorated!
