I was fortunate today to host in one of my AirBnBs, Faye Fletcher, a certified Bob Ross instructor. While here she volunteered to complete this Bob Ross demo for several of us. She is also willing to come back to the farm in July to conduct a workshop session or two. If you might be interested in attending, let me know and when we get details I will contact you. This is the painting she did while we watched.

Had a fantastic day yesterday on the farm. We hosted the West Fannin Elementary School’s entire first grade to focus on learning the parts of a flower. Thanks to the many parents and grandparents who came out to help with the students and of course their amazing teachers. Much appreciation goes to my friends and neighbors who volunteered to lead the activities: Blacksmith Cindy Hillsman, Mike and Teresa Morton, Bennett’s Excavating Larry and Gail Bennett, Theresa Brown, Fannin County Young Farmer Association member Jim Bunnell, Linda Dixon, Lori Barris, Feed Fannin volunteers Kathy Beck and Diane, and Fannin County 4-H advisor Kate Phillips.
