We have new faster wireless internet service at the cabin now! Woohoo! Until yesterday all we could get was close to dial-up internet speeds. Today our new service will stream movies and has plenty of bandwidth for multiple cell phones!

This is for all of you who wanted to know where the sun rises near the middle of June! That tiny little sliver of water under the sun is Lake Buttercup, north of Morrilton, eight miles from the cabin. Happy day from Allen's Cabin!

Usually the view from the back of our cabin is of cattle grazing in the fields below, or riverboats coming up the river, or clouds, but this time we're seeing the Arkansas River come out of its banks. Pictures taken May 28, 2019
