"This home is steps away from the beach in a serene and walkable neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 1 to journey up or down the coast to neighboring towns. We enjoyed the view from the dining room and the beautiful and private backyard. The home was notably well maintained, clean, and well appointed. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, as well as extra towels and bedding. Beach-N-Bay's communication was positive, putting us at ease and making us feel welcomed."

"Great place to stay. We enjoyed our family vacation in the home. Beautiful views from the living room and kitchen. The house was clean and equipped with all we needed. The host was accommodating for our special request. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for families as there is much to do nearby. Morro Bay and Avila Beach were very close by to visit and spend the day."

" This rental is a cozy and quiet spot for a group trip to Los osos. Nice views of the Morro rock and Morro Bay from the upper deck above the house/ front sitting area and has most amenities you would need to host a nice family group/gathering. Heating worked well during the chilly winter nights. Within easy walking distance of trailheads for El Morro Elfin Forest open space preserve. Ample driveway space as well that can park up to three cars."

" I love Cayucos, and this is a perfect place to stay. If you are going there, you can walk to everything in town, it's an easy walk to the beach and this place is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly spacious. It's not right on the ocean but it has views from the house and good views from the rooftop patio. And it is hands down the best house I have stayed in as to amenities (Sonos, 7 tvs, a pool table). Just a big WOW!"
