We look forward to celebrating Sam with all of you. He lived a life that deserved a wonderful and joyful send off. Due to the holiday on Monday there was a bit of delay getting his obituary and notice of services in the paper. Please spread the word this gathering. While it might be difficult for some to attend the service at the church due to the time we hope to see you at the hanger. Huge thanks to Fred. There isn't be a better location to hold this event.

We are a private business who provides vehicle and vessel licensing services via contract with Grant County and the State of Washington. We are looking to add a reliable and positive member to our crew.

Requirements:
Able to type quickly and accurately
Be attentive and thorough
Have reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Able to listen and take direction
Able to get along with others in a team environment
Provide top tier customer service even when a customer is upset
Able to learn cash handling and drawer reconciliation
Hold high moral and ethical standards
Able to learn through videos, reading, and hands on
Additional skills a plus:
Bilingual - English/Spanish

Salary:
The State of Washington determines the different levels of Vehicle Licensing Representatives (VLR). This job posting is to train or obtain a Certified VLR. Starting wage at our office for an untrained VLR is $17.75. Training is done according to the Directives provided by the State which include limited, trainee, qualified, and certified levels. Certification happens when state requirements are completed and office manager feels operator is able to work alone. As each training requirement is met the wage increases. Part time VLRs who are quick learners could expect to be certified in 12-18 months, at which point this position currently pays $22/hr. 5 Paid holidays. Sick leave earned per hours worked. Once the trainee passes the qualification test, becoming a qualified VLR, they are eligible for quarterly bonuses. If VLR becomes full time employee they are eligible for paid time off/vacation, 40 hours at 1 year of full time employment, 80 hours at 2 years of full time employment.

Hours/Schedule
Schedule rotates every other week. Every other Saturday is a requirement.
M,T,W,F 12:00PM-5:30PM, Saturday 8:45AM-2:30PM
M,T,W,TH,F 12:00PM-5:30PM

On the occasion VLR may be called in to cover a shift or if the VLR moves to full time employee hours could range from 8:30AM-6:00PM M-F and 8:45-2:30PM Sat rotating schedule as listed above.

The outpouring of support, love, and stories about my Mom, Char, have been so comforting. Although many know her from the office, there was so much more to her than the work she did here. I wanted to share this with you all.

Charlene ReNae Winzler, 59, passed away surrounded by family, at her home in Moses Lake, on Jan. 25, 2024, ending her battle with ALS, also known as Lou Guerighs Disease.

Last night the world lost one of the best women that has ever graced this planet. My mom was not only the best mother a person could ask for she was also my best friend and business partner. If you were lucky enough to be her family, friend, or work with her, you know that she was the understanding, kind, giving, and passed judgment on no one. She was by far the strongest woman I've ever met and she taught everyone she came across how to be strong and successful both personally and professionally. This world is a better place because she was a part of it and it will continue to be through the things she passed on to not only her family but those she was close to.

In the days leading up to her passing she had asked my Dad, my Brother, and myself to read this book outloud to her. We all agree it wasn't so much for her, as it was for us. I found it helpful and as others struggle with their battles, maybe it will help them too.

I'm looking to hire for a full time title clerk. Between 35-40 hrs a week. Shifts as early as 8:00am and as late as 6:00pm. Every other Saturday 8:45am-2:15pm is a required shift. Must have strong typing and customer service skills. All other training will be provided. Money handling or Spanish speaking are bonuses but not required. $17.60 starting wage. Wage increases when training goals are met. Roughly takes 9 months for first goal to be met. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
