A peaceful cottage on half an acre in Balmoral. Shared Beach. Dock available. Sleeps six.

OK folks - we are definitely ready for family and friends as of July 1 and through October 12. You can be socially distant on over half of an acre right on the Shannon Brook. Kayak is available and a dock for your jetski. Dogs are welcome - the association requires leashes. Right now we have one room with a double bed, one with bunk beds, and a futon in the living room. The Little house is in Balmoral in Moultonborough, four houses in from the shared beach. More pix to come

OK - Kitchen and bath will remain the same, as will the two bedrooms.
One bedroom will have a queen size bed
The second bedroom will have a set of bunks and a double bed or a second set of bunks.
Living room overlooks the porch, which looks out to Shannon brook.
Living room is being updated at this time.
