MUSIC AT THE MARKET!

Come hear live bluegrass and old-time string band music emanating from the foothills of northwest North Carolina at the Surry County Farmers Market. Visitors can expect delicious food from regional food trucks nightly beginning at 6:00pm with the concerts to follow from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. Admission is FREE!

Restrooms and an ATM are on the property with adequate parking.

The Surry County Farmers Market located at 903 E. Atkins Street, Dobson, NC 27017 has a large shelter able to accommodate over 300 guests which provides shelter rain or shine. In the event of thunderstorms, those concerts will be moved across the parking lot to the Surry County Service Center indoors.

The Surry County Food Truck Rodeo will take place this Saturday May 4th, 2024 from 11:00AM until 7:00PM at the Surry County Farmers Market, 903 E. Atkins Street, Dobson, NC 27017. Come hungry as we will have BJs Fry Shack, Mermaids On The Go, Shikora Express シコラ - Japanese Grill, Rub and Grub Mexicue, Kinder's Kitchen, The Spotted Cow, The Chill Mobile, and Tacos Costa Grande LLC.

In addition, The Legacy Motown R***e will be performing under the farmers market shelter from 12:30PM until 2:30PM followed by Runaway Train from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.
