Mount Horeb (and its beloved trolls) are gearing up for the Annual Art Fair on July 27-28! Come experience Norwegian culture, live music, and delicious food while you shop for unique goods from fine artists & crafters from around the Midwest.

Better yet, follow this curated itinerary to make it a full art-filled weekend getaway in the Sugar River Valley:

(Day 1)
Start the day with brekkie a cozy cup of coffee at The Sow's Ear in Verona, where you can also pick up some yarn for your next knitting project. Then make your way to the art fair in downtown Mount Horeb!

Head to Kristi's restaurant in New Glarus for traditional food with a Mexican influence, plus a beautiful and quirky array of wall art. And on the way there, don’t forget to stop at the Paoli Mercantile to check out even more beautiful art, jewelry, and goods from local makers.

Take an after-dinner stroll through town and stop by the New Glarus mural by Chad Caso on 2nd street.

(Day 2)
Power up with breakfast at Sunn Cafe in Mount Horeb before heading to day two at the art fair to hear some live music and check out the silent auction items.

Grab an afternoon drink at Brix Cider, followed by a meal at Buck & Honey's — both just down the street from the art fair.
