If you're driving South on I-79 or I-81 and want to take a detour, Canaan Valley will not disappoint with it's beautiful views, restaurants, and activities.
Horse back riding is a fun way to experience the valley.
Mountain Trail Rides offers several trail rides to enjoy the views of the area including a buddy option for younger riders.

Thankful for our cleaning team.
Decorating for Christmas and cleaning cabins call for yummy Christmas drinks from the local coffee shop.

Fall around the cabins is a beautiful time of year, maybe one of our favorites.

With fall coming to a close, lots of dry leaves are still around the cabin and fire pit areas. If you are using the fire pits, please be sure to clear the area of leaves the wind may have blown in.

Also, if you are smoking, please put the cigarette butts in the tin containers available.

We have had several brush fires in the area over the last few weeks and would like to help protect our woods—as well as our neighbors’ properties!

This winter has been beautiful at the cabins. Thankful to have guests with us even while the snow flakes are falling and the cold weather is upon us.
