*answer all questions from prospective guests & manage the booking process;

* coordinate the check-in process and take care of guests while they are staying in our vacation homes;

*handle the check-out process (including coordinating all cleaning & maintenance) and

*issue monthly statements to home owners & remit taxes to state & local tax authorities.

“We had a fabulous stay at Palm Warbler… The space was warm, bright, and inviting. We enjoyed walks down the quiet street, met the neighbors, and saw lots of deer which delighted my 3 year old each morning! We are property owners on the island ourselves, but our home was rented so by staying at a rental we truly valued the care we could see was taken of the home. It was clean, decorated beautifully, stocked with literally everything...it felt like it was our home. The communication and house instructions were clear and concise, and we had zero issues during our visit. “We have stayed on Isle of palms before but this gem was the prefect place for everyone to gather. The location was perfect and the accommodations were top notch. Comfortable, everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom and you could spread out or all relax in the large great room overlooking the ocean. In the master I woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and the sounds of the ocean were just the thing to help me relax. I recommend this place to anyone! I know we will be back!!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
