“Charley, a new retiree-greeter at Wal-Mart, just couldn't seem to get to work on time. Every day he was 5, 10, 15 minutes late. But he was a good worker, really tidy, clean-shaven, sharp-minded and a real credit to the company and obviously demonstrating their "Older Person Friendly" policies.

One day the boss called him into the office for a talk. "Charley, I have to tell you, I like your work ethic, you do a bang-up job when you finally get here; but your being
late so often is quite bothersome."

"Yes, I know boss, and I am working on it."

"Well good, you are a team player. That's what I like to hear".

"Yes sir, I understand your concern and I will try harder".

Seeming puzzled, the manager went on to comment, "I know you're retired from the Armed Forces. What did they say to you there if you showed up in the morning late so often?"

The old man looked down at the floor, then smiled. He chuckled quietly, then said with a grin, "They usually saluted and said,
Good morning, Admiral, can I get your coffee, sir"?

Hmmm, this looks vaguely like the Bunny Flat restroom, peaking out through the snow. Wow! What an immense collection of snow that is. No wonder the snow plow broke again! What an awesome feat that would be to clear what is usually called the parking lot! 😂 I just heard that there's now 200" of snow at the Old Ski Bowl area. I wonder how high the snow measures here? 😍

We incorporate love into all that we do for them as well as till the soil, plant the seeds and care for them through their entire growth cycle.

Even as we harvest the many fruits, flowers, herbs and vegetables, we're filled with love and thanks. We love to visit our gardens because they're a source of joy for us.

We respect each plant as a living, breathing being and they, in turn, acknowledge our presence and uplift all who enter.

Are gardens are very special to us and we treat them with as much love as we give to our children.

Love flows everywhere here in Telos.

We know world peace is possible, but only when love awakens in the hearts and minds of all mankind, so we're constantly working towards that end, too.

Peace is embedded in the hearts and minds of all sentient beings, so they need to clear away whatever prevents them from accessing that peace.

Great progress has been made towards accomplishing that feat.

My home driveway the morning of February 21st. “I know my car is somewhere under there. All I can see is part of the windshield wiper! We haven’t seen this much snow overnight – around 3 feet – since I don’t remember when.

Found my car!

Then there’s my back yard.

Finally made it to my office and shoveled out a narrow walkway there. Whew! What a day to remember!

At the end of a Sacred Site Tour on February 19th at Upper Sand Flat. The beauty of the clouds above seemed to be a reflection of the wonderful energy the three of us experienced that gorgeous sunny day. The beauty of the natural world never ceases to amaze me.

This selfie was taken at the end of our Sacred Site Tour with these two happy guests on February 18th at Upper Sand Flat. That was just before “Snowzilla” came to town and made it necessary to close the lower gate near Mc Bride Springs (at about 4,700 feet) to be closed on February 21st.

Thanks Nick Meyers, Climbing Ranger, for the updated snow conditions and avalanche warning on Mount Shasta. Three to four feet of low density snow overnight it a lot! We got over two feet of snow last night at my home and office in Mt. Shasta, which is near the 3500 foot elevation. This storm was HUGE, and there are a few more inches on the way. Play safe out there folks! 😄

As you become more adept at accessing forgotten knowledge, it's important to note that those experiences often come to you when you're in a high frequency state of awareness.

Once there, be sure to "keep your feelers out" so you can detect if there's something there to receive.

The experience can't be forced, for it only happens at the right time, the right place, when your intentions are pure, and often when you least expect it.

Valentine’s Day is on its way. That reminds me of what happened early in February 2020. An area known as “the heart” appeared on the mountain, completely free of snow – in the shape of a perfect heart – and stayed like that way past Valentine’s Day. I’ve been watching the mountain daily since I moved here in July 1988 and never, before or after, has the heart appeared like that.

Another wonderful reminder of what can happen on a Sacred Site Tour. A few years ago, Jill and I had just finished doing some high vibrational healing work on her. She was chilling out after that and took a photo of the trees below us, in which the branches were literally waving at her. Jill and the trees were vibrating at the same frequency. Totally amazing!

January 27, around 5pm I heard the gate had opened, so I drove up to take photos. I was following the Alpenglow color as it rose up through the trees. I got up high enough just in time to capture the full-on Alpenglow from Upper Sand Flat, as I stood next to the 5’ high snow berms that lined the road there. Looks like also a 7’ berm at Upper Sand Flat, where we do most of our snowshoe tours. My next stop was Bunny Flat at 6,950’ elevation. The parking lot there was lined by 7’ to 8’ high berms. What an excellent sculpting job the snowplows did! Note the restroom on the other side of the Bunny Flat parking lot, and the Alpenglow inching its way up mountain at Bunny Flat. The final photo is looking from Bunny down toward where the sunset is beginning in Mt. Shasta city.

Every Thursday my daughter gets so excited to stand out of the sidewalk and wave to her favorite trash-man! Last week she decided that she wanted to bring him a homemade muffin. To our surprise, it just so happened that the Thursday she picked was his birthday! He said it was the only gift he received. The smile on both of their faces were priceless! 😭❤️

All this snow has me thinking about the 100 degree summer weather at Ney Springs Creek on July 8, 2021. Our group of 6 was there meditating and noticed this small bear taking a cool dip at the top of the falls. So cute! Note the white diamond on its chest. Ahhhh, the wonders of the natural world.

January 12, 2023: Bunny Flat parking lot, at 6,950' elevation, which has not been plowed yet. The restroom with a tiny entryway shoveled in, and what looks like a snowmobile (in red) that brought the USFS Ranger in so they could shovel that path. Whew!!! Now you can see why the gate at the 4,600' level has been closed.

Thanks Tom Johnson of Siskiyou Shutterbugs for taking this photo of Hedge Creek Falls on January 7, 2023. 😄 It's in Dunsmuir, CA (10 minutes south of Mt. Shasta city) and is much more full than usual, thanks to the extensive rainfall we've had lately.
