The US State Department reopened its online renewal portal program today - designed to speed up processing for travelers who meet certain criteria, including:
🔸US citizens over 25yrs of age and already in possession of a passport with current 10yr validity
🔸Not needing to make any changes to their information (including name), and
🔸Not planning to travel internationally for at least eight weeks from the day they submit their application.

🗺️ This is perfect time for those interested in traveling this Fall and Winter, or in early 2025!

✅ It’s also a great reminder to check when YOUR passport is set to expire! I have a reminder set in my phone to alert me 12 months before our family’s do so I have plenty of time to renew and won’t get caught unawares!

Instead, Celebrity has split Main Dining into 4 Uniquely themed Restaurants:
🏛️ Cyprus - Greek/Mediterranean
🍝 Tuscan - Italian Comfort
🍷 Normandie - Upscale French
🎩 Cosmopolitan - Elevated Cruise Classics
Guests are assigned a restaurant for their first night, but then have the flexibility to remain or switch it up for the remainder of the cruise.
Each location has dedicated 20% of their menu to their regional flavors, while a portion remains standard across the board for those looking for their cruise cuisine favorites.

Fact: The sad reality 😢 of waking up the morning after vacation means no one has made you a gourmet breakfast 🥞, no one will make your bed for you 🛏️, and at some point you have to return to work 👩🏻‍💻.

They are watching you… and they are everywhere!

As legend has it, the Menehune (men-neh-HOO-nay) are shy, mischievous people of the Hawaiian Islands.

They are said to be gifted—possibly magical—craftspeople who are capable of mighty feats of construction overnight. If you come across a work-in-progress bridge or canoe at Aulani Resort, chances are the Menehune are responsible.

While not immediately obvious, evidence of the Menehune is represented by carvings hidden throughout Aulani Resort—many in places where they're likely to be discovered by children first. They are in the landscaping, in the lobby, under tables, tucked in the corners of buildings and nestled under rocks all over the Resort.

There are over 300 Menehune on property. Some of our favorites are in one of the elevators and through the secret keyhole near the lobby!
It’s become an adventure of its own to find as many as we can!

When in Hawaii on Memorial Day, one cannot forget the sacrifice of more than 3,500 soldiers and civilians who were killed or wounded here just before 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 7, 1941.

At the Pearl Harbor National Memorial in Honolulu, Hawaii, guest learn about one of the most pivotal moments in US history, and the subsequent entry of the United States into World War II.

I’ve visited the memorial twice and have to say each time was so impactful and memorable. You can feel the weight of sorrow and pride for those we lost, yet ultimately grateful for their sacrifice to our nation. 🇺🇸

In fabulous Disney fashion, the food here at Aulani Resort does not disappoint! 😍🍴
Whether is gourmet dinner, character breakfasts, casual table-serve, or a bite anytime from several cafe and quick-serve options there’s always something for everyone! 🍔🍱🍤🍝🥗🥞
Even for myself with a seafood allergy surrounded by fresh fish options, I don’t feel deprived. 😂

Here at Aulani we are in a Partial Ocean View room located on the 15th floor - aka Gorgeous View!
Our two-queen room is very spacious, has a great little sitting area inside along with a large balcony, and a huge soaking tub/shower. (You know momma is gonna take advantage of that! 🤩) Plus all the Mickey touches mixed with the Hawaiian details.
