Two takeaways from today.

First, always be early. This is the exact reason we advise you to fly in the day before your cruise departs. This is the exact reason we tell you to check in for your flights EARLY. When we say two hours for domestic, and 3 hours for an international flight, it's to give you time to adjust if there are flight issues such as an FAA-mandated ground stop or any other unforeseen event. This was not just an airline issue, it was an IT issue that affected many.

Second, always have travel insurance to help when the unexpected arises! It always hits when you least expect it too.
