After years of fertility and financial struggles, I was determined to fix the situation we were in!

While I still walk in my PURPOSE of working with my PHYSICAL THERAPY patients and seeing my private MASSAGE clients, I began listening to podcasts like BIGGER POCKETS and ebooks such as Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

I found my PASSION; travel.
On Valentines Day 2020, I purchased
HAPPY PLACE, MURRELLS INLET in SC! I then created a website to where we feature our properties!

Shortly after, I began managing vacation rentals and created the CoastalCohost.com 🏝️

Q: What advice would you give to a new host looking to design their short-term rental for success? Where should they start?
A: Although this is your asset, it is not your residence. People want an escape from their daily lives! They want a unique experience! Theming your home is so essential to standing out!
For example, we just booked an aliens 👽 theme dome ufo home for part of our family trip for several reasons!
1. How many teenagers can say they EXPERIENCED sleeping in a UFO with a galaxy theme game-room? (Also since we are going and there is hurricane warnings… I love that I can PLAY with my kids if stuck inside and create memories over boredom!
2. It was a scroll stopper due to its uniqueness!
3. Our trip will not be all for fun as we have some family issues and coming back at night with be a nice distraction over the boring run of the mill hotel room!
4. It’s one of the most “booked” properties in Florida, yes even over Disney and Miami!
