What’s up dock….. little resurface project for the dock on a Sunday!!! Of course we turned it into a Family Sunday Funday with kids splashing and swimming and occasionally helpers knocked it out with a few geese stopping by to see what we were up to.

Happy heavenly birthday Captain Mark! The largest pond at Captain's Cove has been restocked with Bass, Bluegills and Catfish! We are so excited for these fish to grow and thrive in their new home. Thank you to Herman Brothers Realty, Lake, and Land Management for suppling the fish and coming out to Muscatine yesterday.

We have had a few people ask about included amenities with our rental. Our rates are $150/weeknight (Sun-Thur) and $200/weekend night (F-Sat). Rental rate includes a fully furnished house, full kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, gas grill (1 propane tank included), access to 4 private ponds (no fishing license required), 3 kayaks, adult/youth/infant life jackets, concrete patio with firepit and outdoor patio furniture, and 5+ acres of private country land access (surrounded by 40 acres of farmland). We're adding new items/amenities included in nightly rate as interest in renting is continuing to grow. If you have any suggestions/ideas please let us know! Thanks for considering Captain's Cove!
