Between being on hold, getting disconnected twice, finally getting an agent and him having to be on hold for guest services… 4h 45m is the time spent on the phone… maybe 15/20m of that was actually talking to the agent!

That is why it helps to go through a travel agent!! It’s usually a free service as well, so you vacation with none of the hassle and all of the fun!

People often ask me ‘why should I use a travel agent?’ Here is an example of one of my main reasons…

Client is going on a big cruise in 2 weeks, has some last minute concerns/questions, no problem!! The wait time on hold is 126 minutes!!!

My answer to the above question is ‘I do the dirty work so you don’t have to wait in hold for 126 minutes!!’
